JOON^™ is a line of natural body products created by Linnell Skin Care, Inc., ("JOON") to encourage young girls to develop healthy skin care habits at an early age. Our products are made just for girls ages 6 - 12 and use natural alternatives to substances like parabens, phalates, artificial color, and sodium lauryl (laureth) sulphates. In addition to various retail outlets, JOON sells its line of natural body products through this website. Access to and use of this website, information offered through this website, and any products purchased though this website, are governed by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

Either party to this Agreement may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida as necessary to protect its rights or property.

Whole Agreement and Amendment

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JOON with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. JOON may amend or modify this Agreement at any time by posting the new terms on its website. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a written document signed by you and JOON.
