Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed on the next business day. If there are any problems or delays with your order, you will be notified via e-mail.

Refund Policy:

We are sure you're going to absolutely love JOON products, but just in case you're not satisfied, you may return your product(s) for a refund.

To request a refund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send the product back within 7 days of receiving it. (Note: Date of receipt is the date that your package is delivered to you by UPS)
2. Include the original receipt in your package. (Make sure you make a copy for your records)
3. On the receipt please write the reason for your return.
4. Include a note of what you would like: REFUND or REPLACEMENT
5. Put it all in a box or envelope and mail to us! We will send you an e-mail once we receive your return.
